This question is from chapter "The lake Isle of innisfree"

Which is written by William Butler Yeats

----------------------------------------------

Answer :-

Even when the poet is far away from innisfree, he hears the sound of Lake water washing the shore in his heart's core.

----------------------------------------------

About third stanza

In the third stanza the poet makes a resolution that he will go to innisfree just now because innisfree is never out of his mind. Through out the day and night he can only hear only one sound in his mind - that of water reaching that shore of the island of innisfree at a calm pace and creating a soft lapping sound . This urban setting contains non of the colour that make innisfree beautiful : Instead it appear grey and boring
