FOOD DIET
* we have to all the vegetables
* we should avoid junk food not totally but in diet manner
* mainly eat fruits like KIWI , PAPPAYA , APPLE etc ..
* eat leafy vegetables
EXERCISE
daily in the morning do some exercises in sunlight and walking after wards have some glass of milk
and continue ur daily works
NIGHT TIME
before goint bed do a small walk
and to be fit and to main a body shape dont eat rice in the dinner have some rotii or chapathi
follow this precatuions and be fit and build a good protien in ur body
here if we see not only protien u should have even fat in ur body
