Homologous organs- Organs which are similar in structure but differ in function are called homologous organs. Eg: Human arm and bird wings are similar in structure but their functions are different arm is used for holding and wings are used for flight.
Analogous organs - Organs which differ in structures but have same function are called analogous organs. Eg: An insect wing and a bird wing both are different in structures but both perform function of flying. An insect wing is expansion of it's exoskeleton while bird wings are extension of forelimbs.
