Choose the subject according to the career you want to pursue in life. If you want to go for government jobs, law , journalism or literature then arts is the best option. If you want to go furthur with buisness , financial career,C.A or Management then go with commerce.
Dear if you know a little of maths or you are good with maths then i would suggest you persuing commerce because in arts no doubt you have the best carrer options (law , IASetc.) but becoming successful in these streams is a difficult task.Even becoming a successful fasion or interior designer also takes time.In case you could not succeed there it will be difficult for you . I do not want to force you or scare you but as we know the ultimate aim of the studies is to earn for our livelihood thus, commerce will be better option in the above case if you could not get success.
But if you are confident that you will be able to do then nothing is better then Arts. Few carrer option in Arts provide us money as well.as the most important thing respect.
I would suggest you to choose subject according to the future , if you choose your subject according to your favourite subject then it can sometimes go wrong.
So, plan your career then choose the stream because if first you choose your stream and then want to pursue a career that needed another subject you will end up with a career that you did not want.
This is a very crucial stage of your life so, think twice and then take a decision.
