What I do when I have seen a ckassmate tear pages from books in the library. Although I have spoken him to about this, he denies doing anything wrong?

you shoul first confront him and tell him its wrong what he is doing if he denies it then should take the matter seirously and talk to his parents or hte librarian

Firstly, you should explain him or her that it is wrong , books are our friends. We should not tear pages. Then also he or she is tearing page then say to your class teacher or library incharge or his or her parents. They will scold him or her.
