u should start any thing which is ur hobby....of after sometime u will feel relaxed....☺

Use relaxing methods for decreasing your stress. Increasing stress can affect your studies and it's reflection will be on your result. It will also affect your health.

Hearing music , getting good sleep, drinking water etc can reduce your stress.

Practise Yoga, dance or games..

REDUCE YOUR STRESS AND WORK HARD FOR. YOUR EXAM.
