Everyone have some extent of expectation from others. But sometimes ones expectation is a part of all others ones just like student expectation or you can say need from a teacher.
Being student is a brightest part of life to be in a phase of learning and doing mistakes.
Tecahers are just like external brain of the student who visualise the concept of learning through their teaching practices in the brain ( internal ) of student.
So , teachers should be of humble nature , keep patience with the student( upto certain limit) and never humiliate anyone.
Now a days , the quality of teachers are not upto the mark because education is transforming from knowledge sharing platform to a business model where people find it as a source of earning rather than expressing themselves to clear the concept of student.
India being a youth nation lacks behind in the field of shaping the mind of youth because of poor education system . There is only few IIT in comparison to huge student mass to deliver quality education . But nptel lecture by IIT is also quite boring and didn't found to be interactive .
Being student I can assure that a good teacher always get respect and honour from student but conditions are that the teacher should have depth knowledge of their subject and treat all student equally in a class without any differentiate on the basis of marks which create a sense of separation among student.
