ICSE is better
you better shift to cbse because there are less seats in colleges for icse
but if he does good
than he could get chance in ICSE college

so basically after class tenth you have options of science - maths and biology
need to choose science biology
complete 12 th and then you have to clear a 720 marks test called neet
then take your admisions in good college and clear your MBBS
this stage where you are a clinically doctor
if you want to specialist then join the course of masters or phds and enjoy
