if u want to increase the part of calcium in your body then Dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese are the most common natural sources of calcium, though the mineral is also found in nondairy products, including sardines, kale and broccoli.

Drink milk as milk is a rich source of calcium or else you can have any other dairy products. You must have a proper diet which should include soyabean , green leafy vegetable , oatmeal ,oranges and any other fruits. If there is more deficiency of calcium consult your nutritionist .Avid soft drink ,junk food and get enough vitamin d as calcium is absorbed in the body when there is enough vitamin d .
