what I have to go through first to learn programming language as a beginner? First I have to go through algorithms or direct learning programming languages?​

if you are beginner

then first choose which programming language you are willing to learn

then start learning basics of that programming

like input/output

looping ,decision statements

and other basic operations

now, you should  go for algorithms and start practising

algorithms are like never ending....

so,practise a lot

and in course of practising you will automatically find higher topics of that programming lanuage and then learn about that like list,nodes,stacks,tree and much more...
