It is tissue fluid involved in transportation.Pores r present in capillaries and through these pores some amount of plasma ,proteins nd blood cells escape into spaces in the tissues to form lymph .the lymph is colourless nd contains proteins .it flows in one direction.
The function of lymph is that it taks part in the nutritive peocess of the body.it also carries digested fats for the nutritive process.it protects the body by killing the germs with the help of lymphocytes.
