Justification:

Speed = Distance/Time expressed in terms of kilometres per hour (kmph) or miles per hour (mph).

Speed is vector quantity which means that it has got direction, which otherwise would have been referred to as Velocity-a scalar quantity consisting only magnitude.

Now since distance remains constant in our case and speed is same for both of them. Time taken will also be equal.

Misconception: Speed is related to mass of the object.

Reality: Since speed is not associated with the Mass, the speed of any object will be independent of mass.
