What if both strong and weak field ligand are present in the coordination sphere? Would the electrons bond or remain unpaired?? Please reply as soon as possible!

If the compound has strong ligand like CN , the electron will be paired. Whereas if the compound has weak ligand like Fluorine , the electrons will not get paired it remains as unpaired.
