there would be dinosaurs species only... human might have extinct as dinos might kill them

That's not evolution, that's culture. Evolution does not advance, it merely reacts to the prevalent circumstances of the environment. Culture advances seemingly exponentially because the advancements can be passed directly to new minds without loss, meaning they are compound and build on each other rather than having to be relearned entirely from scratch by every individual through trial and error. If there had never evolved some way for humans to effectively communicate with one another I fully expect we would still be running around the savanna using pointy sticks to poke animals with.

To get the results that lead to humanity you need two things: intelligence and heavy social interaction. Typically predators are more intelligent and prey are more social. It's very rare to see both traits in one species, but if it managed to happen with dinosaurs then there's no reason they couldn't have followed a similar gross trajectory.
