if earth is flat, it cannot rotate and thus it doesn't occur any seasons and day and night

1.. gravity will fail to work on earth.
2..the earth would stop rotating and day,night or seasins would no occur.
3..there would be a liqid surface beacause when earth is round,the core is inside but if earth will be flat the distance will be decreased between core and surface of earth..
