What if I rotate a generator in a room which is a vacuum? Will it rotate forever and produce electricity forever??​

a vacuum will remove only one source of energy loss windage (or air resistance) .you would still have other losses electrical resistance and mechanical friction both of which emerged as heat radiating away.

A generator in a vacuum will still slow down.

you say, what if a supercool the wires and put in magnetic bearings well that would help the generator reduce losses but those things themselves are losses and require input energy to work.

And if you remove electrical energy from the generator,the machine will slow down
