if india didn't have Himalayan ranges the chill cold winds blowing from siberia would have entered india in the winter and would result in snowfall and excessive cold

■ If India didn't have the Himalayas ranges, the cold winds from the north (Siberian Winds) would have entered directly into the Indian landmass causing extreme Cold weather conditions.

■ We would have lost access to several rivers and streams that flow from the Himalayas glaciers.
