If earth speed up rotation, then one rotation will be less than 24 hrs, so, the days and nights will be shorter. Also, some areas of our earth(Northern Hemisphere & Southern Hemisphere) will get less time to warm up. But the rotation of earth won't be faster in future. In actual the rotation of earth is decreasing slowly.

The faster the Earth spins, the shorter our days would become. With a 1 mph speed increase, the day would only get about a minute and a half shorter and our internal body clocks, which stick to a pretty strict 24-hour schedule, probably wouldn't notice.
