If the Indian constitution is not written by an Indian,The conditions may look like this:--------
In fact,There are many countries those are not having their constitutions.For Example,We will take Britain.The Britain is a country which is not having a constitution at present.
"If we Did not have a written document,We can see the above problems:---
1."Cultural clashes may be caused by Contradictory laws".
2."The laws of Anarchy in the state legislatures Will also not have the control over their powers..
3."A plethora of acts and Regulations Will cause mayhem in courts".

Let me first tell you that these are my ideas and thoughts.
If The Indian constitution is not written by an Indian rather by a Foreigner, he/she would write rules/laws that may be not appropriate or just to Indians.
If we didn't have a written constitution, there would have been-
1. A plethora of Acts and Regulations for everything causing much mayhem in courts.
2. Cultural clashes caused by contradictory laws.
3. Anarchy in state legislatures as the laws would not have had sufficient control over their powers.
