So Im trying to add a hyperlink to word 2016 document. I have tried the several routes that lead to same outcome. Under insert tab I do not have hyperlink option only link. I followed prompts, online direction and when finished the text looks like its linked. It is blue and underlined. I also hit alt F9 and it shows web address of the link. Only problem is its not clickable. This is for work and its an Outlook 365 work account. Is it an issue of access or security or something like that? Or am I just missing something along the way. Thanks for the info, working on project in IT dept, Im sure I can ask guy in cubicle next to me but I wanna try and figure this out without asking co workers.
