what if universe stop expanding and form circle....is that affect gravity of earth how why??

I do not believe that the universe is constantly expanding. It was just a theory to explain the red shift that Hubble observed for some very distant galaxies. There are many blue shifted galaxies as well which disproves uniform expansion. In the unlikely event the universe is constantly expanding; the volume is increasing and so, the density of the universe will be decreasing. Since the mass remains the same, gravity will also remain the same. At some point, gravity will pull together the universe into dynamic equilibrium.
