Doable now:

bones

some muscles

articulations

heart

lungs (external)

eyes

ear

pancreas (insulin pumps)

In research:

pancreas (internal)

liver

tact sensor

artificial muscles

smell sensors

better versions of the above

Never going to be replaced:

brain

That is because mechanical structures are easy to replicate, and with bio compatible materials too.

Active organs are harder, but external helper machines have been made. Internal organs are near to impossible to make today because you would need to make electronics able to be powered by the body, and maintenance is a huge issue.

Brain is not replaceable, but grafts, electrode implants and electronic interfaces showed limited success in connecting brain with other parts of the body or sensors.

Parts of the brain can be replaced or restored, but not the whole.
