As a student brain, I would say that vaccine should be made as soon as possible as we are promoting vandhe bharath and people are comming more and more to India .(which is actually a danger mission but ADVENTUROUS... It is difficult to survive without having a disease .  

How much can we prevent the disease ?Illiteracy in north indian part is very cautioned as they do not know the aftereffects properly and We should strictly find a solutin for  it ...If you are a believer then please pray as mirracle are always part of human survival
