yes answer will come wrong because 3 can only be transposed after taking lcm because 1 does not have denominator as 3 and always denominator of full term is transposed.

prince023: what do you mean by – only denominator of full term can be transposed
prince023: is x/3 is not full term

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Ok see i am explaining you in a better way.

x/3 + 1 = 7/15

(x + 3)/3 = 7/15

15x + 45 = 21

15x = 21-45

15x = -24

x = -24/15

x = -8/5

prince023: we can transpose only full term
ayushsaxena2: it's a full term
prince023: then why cant we transpose it
ayushsaxena2: as you can see that x/3 means that 3 is dividing x
prince023: why can't we transpose it
ayushsaxena2: now take a example that like x/3
ayushsaxena2: 6/3
ayushsaxena2: now tell that it is a independent term or not
ayushsaxena2: same to x/3
ayushsaxena2: here x has a some value which is hidden and you have to find out
