At the moment, the fuel products you mention are made using crude oil as the raw material. It is also possible to make similar fuels from coal or natural gas, although this requires special plants and the fuels would, in many cases, be more expensive. If all fossil fuel (crude oil, coal and natural gas) was used up then it would become much more difficult and expensive to make petrol, diesel, aviation fuel, kerosene and cooking gas. These, or suitable replacements, could in theory be made from renewable sources like sugar cane. However it is unlikely that the world could grow enough food to feed all the people and animals and to provide fuel in the quantities currently required.
