Edith Frank was a very practical women who hardly showed any emotions,especially to her daughter.

She was pretty straightforward in her dealings with other women. She would end up in a heated argument if provoked by someone.

She was lazy in spending time with her daughter Anne which made the child stubborn and mannerless.
