In Three men in a boat by Jerome K Jerome, the narrator is the soul of the story. We observe that he has a strong sense of observation and describes events aptly and in a humorous tone. Through his anecdotes he makes his readers laugh. We come to know that he prefers the serenity and country peace. Who put up 'no trespassing' he condemns such actions. He also depicts sensitivity when he describes the corpse of a beautiful and young woman.
