Electrons (in the class of leptons/fermions), proton and neutron (both in the class of Baryons/fermions)

Particles that are known as forces: graviton (gravity), Photon (light or eletromagnetic wave), gluon (the strong force)

Not to mention that there exist antiparticles for most of these particles (for example, the antiparticle of an electron is the positron).

Molecule is the smallest compound unit that makes up the matter. It consists of atoms.  All atoms in a molecule need not be same.  All molecules in a matter are same. They are  the reason for the observed properties of the matter.
