Gram Sabha has following responsibilities in the management of community resources: (i) Conservation and management of all community resources in the village such as water, common land, community forest, pasture land, minor minerals, etc. as per local traditions and customs. So gram Sabha is important.

Yes, all members should attend the Gram sabha meetings so that everyone can have participation in the development programmes of the village. They can discuss the problems faced by their areas and seek the proper solutions for them.
