cleanliness according to me is physical as well as inner purity. A clean body of course matters, but without the purity of soul clean body is incomplete. Inner purity can be attained by practicing good words, thoughts and deeds. We should take extreme care not to hurt anyone with our words or deeds. A clean body complete with the pure soul can only be cited as an example for cleanliness, according to me.
