The Indus River Valley Civilization is a Theocracy government and a Theocracy is run by a priest so there government and religion were combined. In the Indus River Valley karma played a very big role in their laws. The idea of karma was to be a good person and do your duty, and escape Samara to become Brahman. They also had universal laws which was you are a part of nature and everything is part of you. They also had Social laws, human laws, and personal laws. The Indus River valley did not have any courts.

It started to fall a little over 4,000 years ago but besides there civilization falling there was no big corruption in the Indus River Valley. The Monarchy Government is still around today.
