What information do we not get from official records

We get only ,The Official Records are a series of printed publications relating to the proceedings of the principal organs of a country or certain conferences. The Official records include verbatim or summary records of the meetings of the organ concerned, annexes and supplements, that could be provided to the public if any proof ever needed. Public records can date back to a long, long time, due to their importance in the various fields of Politics, History or just basic debatable topics.
