Right to Information Act is the right to speech and right to express the action by the citizen of each country.

It explains the right of citizen to get information from public officials.

It is the duty of public officials to provide the information to all citizens of India including student who is also the citizen of India.

A student can infer about the information regarding the fees structure that he paid to his school headmaster because every citizen of India including students are free to enquire about the information they need from the public officials.

The student can also enquire about the  

1. Welfare programs conducted for students.

2. About the safety equipment’s maintained for student when any misfortune happens.

3. About the cleanliness of the school and how is it maintained.
