In the context of the chapter Lost Spring by Anees Jung, Firozabad has been depicted as infrastructurally, a neglected city.

This city is famous for glass-blowing industry and bangle-making; yet the standard of small-scale manufacturing units is quite low. Approximately 20,000 children work in the glass furnaces with high temperatures, in dingy cells without air and light, often losing the brightness of their eyes.

The state of roads and streets is also pathetic; they are quite dirty. The slums in which the bangle-makers live, their condition is also poor. There is also no airport in the city.

12. Based on the facts in the chapter Lost Spring by Anes Jung, Firozabad is considered to be the most neglected city from the point of infrastructure.

The city is mainly known for the glass blowing industry and it is also popular for the art of bangle making. Here, the size of the small scale manufacturing hub is quite low.
