1 mole of diatomic gas at STP (1atm and 273.5 °K or 0°C) means any gas which has two atoms in one molecule (O₂, N₂, H₂ etc) at STP and number of molecules is 6.02*10²³.
It occupies a volume of 11.2 Litres. (∵ 22.4 litres volume will be occupied by 2moles of a diatomic gas) .
