its -1(no change).....As no change occurs in case any number has power change.


Example:
-1¹=1
(10)¹=10

 {1}^{ - 1}  = 1
As, if a number N has a negative exponent x it means:-
 \frac{1}{ {n}^{x}  }
So, 1/1=1
