Question :-

what is the sum of root 2 + root 3 with explanation ?

Answer :-

How to find it ?

=> we can find it by giving the value of root 2 and root 3 and adding it .

What to find here ?

=> we have to found here the sum of root 2 + root 3

Assumption :-

to simplify a radical addition you must first see if you can simplify it medical term in the particular case the square root of 3 and square root of 2 is irrational so you will not find a whole number here !

SOLUTION :-

let us found the value of root 2 and root 3 in decimal .

we know that ,

The value of √2 = 1.414(approx) and √3=1.732 (aprrox)

Now , we can easily found the value by only putting the decimal numbers and adding it .

so,

root 2 + root 3

=> 1.414+1.732 = 3.146 (approx)

so, the value of 2 +3 = 3.146
