What is 2 ways which viruses do not act like living things?

1. Virus is inactive outside the host (almost non living)
2. Virus contains a genome (DNA or RNA) with a protein coat around it called caspid.
3. It does not show any kind of living characters when it is outside the host
4. It do not have any cell material
5. But soon after it enters the host it starts replication showing living character
6. Hence virus are said be a connecting link between living and non living organisms
