According to the data mentioned in the question,the term is 24th in the sequence. So the value of "n" will be 24 also.

Now,by putting the values,we get the following mathematical equation :

a24 = {24(24-3)}/(24+4)

a24 = (24×21)/28

a24 = 18

Hence,the 24th term of the given sequence will be 18.
