According to the identity,
(a+b)³=a³+3a²b+3ab²+b³

(2x+3y)^3 = (2x)^3 + 3x(2x)^2x3y + 3x2x x( 3y)^2 +(3y)^3

=8x^3 + 36x^2y + 54y^2x + 27y^3.
