Hey friend,
Here is the answer:

According to the identity ( a + b )^3 = (a)^3 + (b)^3 + 3ab( a + b)

= (5)^3 + (2√6)^3 + 3 × 5 × 2√6 ( 5 + 2√6 )

= 125 + 48√6 + 30√6 × 5 + 30√6 × 2√6

= 125 + 48√6 + 150√6 + 360

=485 + 198√6
