What is 50℅ of a number whose 200℅ is 20?

Let the number be x.

Given that the 200% of x = 20.

200/100 * x = 20

2 * x = 20

x = 20/2

x = 10.


Then 50% of a number = 50% of 10

                                       = 50/100 * 10

                                       = 5.


Therefore the required number be 5.
