its 4'6 (ppl might just get confused cuz 54/12 is 4.5, but half a foot is 6 inches so 4.5 means 4 1/2 feet which is 4'6) and honestly, i think your weight should be the least of your worries because i don't think it's normal to only be 4 1/2 feet tall when youre 13. im 15 and im 5'2 and am one of the shortest in my grade and if i had to guess, i was probs about 4'10 when i was 13 and ive always been about the shortest person in my class... and while your weight is perfectly fine for a 13 yr old (i probs weighed about 90 when i was your age), i don't think its fine for your height, but i doubt you should worry about it cuz hopefully you will have a big growth spurt soon, and then your weight will be perfect for your height
