1. clear = the message should be clear and easily understandable to the recipe the purpose of communication should be clear to Centre then only the receiver will be sure about it the message should be emphasize on the single gold at a time shall not cover several ideas in the single sentence .

2. correct = the message should be correct that a correct language should be used and the sender must ensure that there is no grammatical and spelling mistake the message should be exact and well timed .

3. complete = the message should be complete that it must include all the relevant information as required by the intent audience .

4. concrete = the communication should be concrete which means message should be clear and particularly such that no room for MS interruptions is left all fat all figure should be clearly mentioned in a message to a substance added to what ever the centre is saying .

5. concise = the message should be precise and to the point the centre should avoid the length the sentence and try to convey the subject matter in the least possible was the short and brief is more comprehensive and help in retaining the receiver and attention.

6. considerable = the the centre must take into consideration the receiver opinions knowledge understand background acceptor in order to have effective communication .

7. courteous = it implies that sender must take into consideration both the feeling and viewpoint of the receiver such that masses is positive and focus at the audience the message should not be Biased and must include the term that show respect for the recipient .
