What is a Battery? How will you make a battery of 9 volts.If you cells of 1.5 volt each.

a battery is a device used to store electrical energy via chemical reactions. When wired in series, voltage adds together while amperage stays the same. If you wire the cells in parallel, the voltage stays the same while the amperage adds together.
