Hello friend

A solution is said to be buffer if it resists the change in its pH.So if we add a small amount of acid ir base uts pH value does not change i.e remains constant.

● A buffer solution is a solution which is aqueous in nature.

● It consists of a conjugate base and a weak acid.

● Its pH has a little change when some strong base or acid is added.

● In many of the chemical applications , these are used to keep the pH at a nearly constant value.
