Cell is also known as the "building blocks of life". Cell is the smallest unit of life. It arise from a pre-existing cell. Structually they are too small to be seen from naked eyes therefore, we need a microscope to study them. Cell combines to form tissues, tissue combine to form organ, organ futher combine to form organ system and finally an organism, therefore, cell is known as the structural unit of life.
