the cell is a mixture of molecules like protein, lipds and carbohydrates.it contains 2/3 of water.the food eaten by us is then changed into molecules which our body needs.

in animals first there is the cell membrane which allows semi permiable substances to pass through it . then there is the cytoplasm which is a jelly like substance where all the organelles float(it is a structure of a cellwhere it performs its specialised structure )then there is nucleus which control centre of the cell

in plants, cell wall is a strong structural unit which  keeps the plant in shape as they have no bones. this is the only addlitinal part which plants have including a large vacule

i hope u liked my answer and will give me rating:)

Cells that work together to perform a particular function are organised into Tissues. Examples of Tissues include Xylem Tissue, Ciliated Epithelial Tissue and Parenchyma Tissue.Multicellular organisms contain a wide range of different cells. Every cell is specialised to perform its function as best as possible. There are many differences between different cells specialised for different functions. Cells may have different shapes, different contents or different numbers of an organelle.
