A chargesheet is prepared after FIRs, and charges an individual or organization for the crimes specified in those FIR. Once the charge sheet has been submitted to a court of law, the court decides as to who among the accused has sufficient prima facie evidence against him to be put on trial.

Answer:

It is the Sheet which contains all the summary of the FIR and the action which would be taken according to constitutional amendment.

It contains the review of both sides and If a Case is filed it is used for the judgement as it is submitted by the police and on the basis of this and other proofs decision is taken.
