Charge is......the stuff that flows during an electriccurrent....the stuff that appearson a balloon when you rubit on your hair....the stuff that comes in two kinds: positiveand negative....charge is like mass: it's a property, but it's alsolike "a stuff"...a conserved quantity etc.
